How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Rejuvana Living ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit rejuvanaliving.com, sign up for our newsletter, or interact with our content, and how we use that information.

1. Information We Collect

Email requests: When you request a confirmation email for wellness updates, we collect your address and explicit consent. Brevo handles the confirmation link and enrolls the address in the marketing list only after confirmation. A request being accepted does not prove inbox delivery or completed enrollment. The free guide is also available without a newsletter subscription.

Usage data: Like most websites, we automatically receive information about your device and visit, including browser type, IP address, pages visited, and the time of your visit. This helps us understand which content resonates so we can create more of it.

Preferences and analytics: Our analytics preference stores only your accept/reject choice, policy version and timestamp in browser local storage. Preferences are renewed after 180 days or a policy-version change. Google Analytics is not loaded before an affirmative choice. Rejecting analytics leaves essential features available. Change or withdraw your choice through Analytics Preferences in the footer; withdrawal disables measurement and attempts to remove accessible Google Analytics cookies.

Illustrative images and external links: Recommendations use licensed illustrative photographs hosted by Unsplash, not photographs of the exact listed products. Loading them connects your browser to the image host, which receives technical request information such as your IP address. Product and photo-credit links open external websites with their own privacy policies. Photo requests are configured not to send this page's referrer URL.

Affiliate shopping links: Amazon links include a marketplace-specific affiliate tracking ID. After you choose to follow a link, Amazon may use cookies or other identifiers on its websites to attribute qualifying purchases under its own privacy policies. Rejuvana does not receive your Amazon password, payment details or order contents through these links. Shopping-marketplace selection is stored in the catalogue URL, not used for an automatic country redirect.

Aira and custom questions: Aira uses predefined responses and links, not a live AI backend. Guided choices do not require contact details. A custom question requires your email address, message and permission to send them to our private Discord support channel; your name is optional. The selected topic, originating page path (without query parameters) and a reference number are included automatically. Do not submit sensitive medical information, passwords or payment details.

Abuse prevention: When messaging is enabled, the server uses a keyed hash of your network address to limit requests. Rate-limit records expire after a short window and do not contain your message or email address.

Signup request records: The new signup protection stores keyed hashes of the supplied email and network address, consent version and request timestamps in private server storage. It does not store plaintext email addresses or request bodies there. Records expire from active use and are pruned on subsequent requests. Brevo retains the address and confirmation/marketing information under its own practices.

Legacy email-sequence records: Older subscriptions may have private local records containing an email address, join timestamp and email-sequence delivery flags. The new confirmation handler does not add unconfirmed addresses to that legacy store. Access and deletion requests should cover these records as well as the provider list and relevant backups.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the newsletter, lead magnets, and wellness content you signed up for
• Improve our website, content, and user experience
• Respond to your questions or requests
• Send occasional wellness tips and product recommendations (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Email Service Provider

We use Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) to manage our email list and send newsletters. When you subscribe, your email is stored on Brevo's secure servers in the EU. Brevo's privacy practices are described in their Privacy Policy.

Custom Aira questions are not sent through Brevo, added to an email-marketing list or automatically emailed to our team. The team receives the submitted details in its private Discord channel and replies manually from email using the address you supplied. No automatic confirmation email is sent for these questions.

Discord: When messaging is configured and you consent, Discord receives your email, full question, optional name, selected topic, originating page path and reference. Access should be restricted to authorised support members. Messages remain in the channel until the team deletes them, subject to applicable retention requirements and Discord's practices. Contact us to request deletion. See Discord's Privacy Policy. Separate signup notifications, if enabled, contain only a fixed operational event label.

Aira does not persist guided-choice history or unsent message drafts to browser storage. Drafts remain in the current page until sent or cleared. Contact-field values are not included in the site's analytics events or application logs.

4. Analytics

Only when you allow analytics, Google Analytics can receive usage and technical data, including pages visited, accepted signup-request events and outbound affiliate-click events containing a product identifier and marketplace. Our event interface excludes contact fields, email addresses and custom-message references. A click does not confirm a purchase or commission; an accepted signup request does not prove confirmation. Identifiers may be pseudonymous rather than anonymous. You can reject or withdraw through Analytics Preferences in the footer, or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email. You can also contact us to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct or update your information
• Request deletion of your data

6. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Email data is stored on Brevo's secure servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Rejuvana Living is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
